Ellie Holder, Nutrition Advisor at Science Supplements, has achieved her Registered Associate Nutritionist accreditation (A.Nutr) and has been accepted on the Register of Equine Nutritionists.
Ellie, who originally joined the business as an intern graduated from Hartpury University with a First-Class Honours in Equine Science. After just 9 months, she was offered a permanent role as a Nutrition Advisor and quickly became an important member of the Nutritional Advice Team – a service that is integral to the Science Supplements business.
“I studied equine nutrition as part of my degree, but I’ve been fortunate enough to have the opportunity to expand on my knowledge and expertise through my training over the past 12 months with the company. Coming from an academic science background, I’m proud to be associated with the Science Supplement brand, providing guidance to horse owners/professionals on a range of pioneering products all of which feature high grade, clinically proven ingredients, formulated in line with NOPS and UFAS guidelines. I am planning to continue my studies in equine nutrition and am now working towards a Masters thanks to the continued support from the company.”
Commercial Director, Vicky Mitson said, “We’re very proud of Ellie’s achievements and her continued commitment to professional development in the field of equine nutrition. Ellie is a shining example of the benefits of our established intern programme – which for the right candidates, can provide a route into full-time employment with one of the most successful, high performing companies in the equestrian business sector.”
